What can u do with a lousy t-shirt and a handmade skirt?

I'm going to a party on saturday, what I don't have is money to buy something new to wear. But I have a lousy t-shirt that I bought in a second hand store in San José and a handmade skirt I sewed out of a secondhand dress I bought in Nicaragua. Can I make magic?
